Patrick first began Lewis & Sullivan, P.C. as a partnership with longtime Attleboro attorney Jim Lewis in January 2015. In December of 2021 upon Jim’s retirement from practice, Patrick continued Lewis & Sullivan, P.C. as a sole owner. His practice focuses primarily on all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, zoning, land use and permitting, subdivisions, condominiums, resolving complex title issues, and boundary disputes. As part of his real estate practice Patrick appears before Planning Boards, Zoning Boards of Appeal, Municipal Councils, and Conservation Commissions on behalf of his clients. His other areas of practice include estate planning for individuals and couples of all ages, administration of estates and trusts, and advising small businesses on startup, formation, management, and financing issues. His greatest joy in practicing law is working through stressful and sometimes complex situations for client’s and help bringing them to positive conclusions for them.

Patrick has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine consecutively for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, an award given to only 2.5% of practicing attorneys in the state.
